  • Order related query
    • Q. How do I place my order?
      1. In order to place your order, select a product of your choice then choose relevant size as per your requirement. For product size and measurement, we highly recommend use of measuring tapes.
      2. Select the correct type of product, provide your images as required, place them to your likings and create your own masterpiece.
      3. Upon completion add your product to cart, submit your shipping details, make payment and confirm your order.
    • Q. How will I receive my Order?

      We will ship your order on your shipping address. We courier the same through our logistic partners. All the products will be perfectly packed so that your product will reach in perfect condition.

    • Q. How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

      We will send an email with order details confirming that your order has been recieved and another email, when the order has been dispatched. However, the order will only be accepted and sent once we have recieved the payment.

    • Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The transaction was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
      1. First kindly check with your bank to ensure whether that the payment has been deducted from your account. If the same has been debited and there is a payment failure, In that case the payment is normally rolled back by the bank in approximately 7 business days.

    • Q. How should I check the status of my Order?
      1. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation mail through which you can check the statuc of your order. We will also send an Email and SMS when your order is dispatched.
      2. You can also check the status of your order via Track Order option. You will be required to provide your Registered Email Address and Order Id to track the same.

  • Cancellation Related Queries
    • Q. How do I cancel my Order?
      1. In order to cancel your order you have to contact us on the contact number provide on this page. To confirm your identity you willbe asked to provide a few details with respect to your order like Order Id, Registered Email Address and reason for cancellation etc. Please note, the order can be cancelled, if the request for cancellation is made within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. We will refund the money to your given account within next 7 business days.
      2. If the request is made after the stipulated time, the request to cancel the order will not be entertained, as you are very well aware that once your order is printed the same can not be used for any other purpose.

    1. In case of any issue or defect with the product, you are requested to send the product back to us at the address mentioned on this page.You are also required to drop us an email at care@picsin.in stating the reason for product return.
    2. We only accept returns if the product is being returned within 15 days from the date of reciept of product by the customer.
    3. The product amount will be credited back to your Picsin Wallet. Which can ve used for other purchases.
    4. In case of any defect, we will replace the product free of cost. But for that you are requested to send the defected product back to us. We will again create the same product with same design and specifications. The money will not be refunded in this case.

    • Q. What are the terms and conditions for refund?
      1. You can ask for a refund against your order within 15 days from date of reciept of your order.
      2. You are also required to drop us an email stating the reason for refund.
      3. All refunds will be credited in your Picsin Wallet, which can be used to make other purchases.

    • Q. How long the refund procedure takes?

      The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours, once we have received your order back and the amount will added to your Picsin Wallet.

    • Q. I haven't received my refund?
      1. If you have recieved an Email from us, then the refund process is initiated. Kindly wait for the procedure to complete.

    1. For measurement purpose we request you to kindly use a measuring tape.
